With such maturity and grace! Another week begins! Hoping this week is much better than last week. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:85%;color:#663366;\"><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family:Trebuchet MS;font-size:85%;color:#663366;\">I&#8217;d like to point out how completely and utterly unhelpul anyone is at BT! After three weeks of chasing people with regards to activation and installation, I have yet to speak to someone who doesn&#8217;t have an attitude problem. Customer Service my &#8230;. ! ! ! I have spoken to five people today and rung five numbers, and each person I have spoken to were as helpful as the other, who were all as U S E LE S S &#038; U N H E L P F U L as the other. Incompetence much!!! Grrrr!!!
